Well, about that new job. There's another sock monkey who wants it too. The manager, Mr. Madeofsocks, is holding a competition between me and the other sock monkey. And guess what else? I just found out that my opponent's name is also Fred!

Summer

Well, summer's almost over. We finally made it to Chincoteague a couple days ago. All I've done is laze around in bed every day. Once we get back, I can't wait for the fall season to begin. You know why? 'Cause I have a job to get ba---wait. I don't have a job!

Hurricane Irene

So I've heard about this Hurricane Irene. And I also hear that it's going to affect my annual vacation to Chincoteague Island! WHY?????!!!!!!!! And one more thing..... why isn't there a Hurricane Fred?
